The customer service at Thinkific is one of the main reasons that I made the switch, being able to speak to a real person is so important to me.
I had Teachable for a little over a year and not once was I able to speak to someone for support. I was always referred to a webpage and felt like I was pulling teeth to get an answer. I also have a friend who was told that since she wasn't on a higher plan they were unable to help her. How rude, right?
