How to Create a Pinnable Pin in Canva

How to Create a Pinnable Pin in Canva ( with a Step-By-Step Video Tutorial + Checklist )

Tired of feeling like you're wasting time creating Pinterest graphics for your website?

Want to create graphics that will be shared AND pinned to Pinterest?

Here are three things that will help you create a pinnable pin:

1. Include an easy to read title.

You want to choose a title that is easy to read. If you’re creating a pin for a blog post, I highly suggest using Coschedule’s Headline Analyzer.

Here's how the Headline Analyzer works:

2. Include a call to action (CTA) for your opt-in or freebie mockup.

By including a CTA for your opt-in or freebie mockup on your graphic, it shows your audience that they will also receive something for free in exchange for their e-mail address.

What is a mockup? In design terms, a mockup is a scale or model of a design or device, used for teaching, demonstrations, promotion and other purposes. In the graphic above I included a computer mockup!

3. Include your website url.

When you include your website url on EVERY Pinterest graphic people will know where to find you and who you are! Consistency is key! 🔑
